My Journey

With six years of experience spanning both commercial gyms and private training environments, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside clients of all walks of life — from teenagers discovering their athletic potential to seniors reclaiming their strength and vitality. Certified through NASM and Pain-Free Performance, I bring both proven methodology and a results-driven approach to every session.

My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the body, with specialties in Corrective Exercise, Mobility & Flexibility Training, Assisted Stretch & Recovery, Powerlifting, Hybrid Training, and total-body transformations. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing a new personal record, I meet you exactly where you are.

My journey to fitness began long before my career — on courts, fields, and gymnasiums as a kid who simply loved to play. That passion for movement never left me. What may surprise you is that my academic path led me through the world of music: I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Piano Performance from Oberlin Conservatory and Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. The discipline, precision, and dedication that classical training demands translated seamlessly into how I approach fitness — with intention, structure, and an ear for what each individual needs.

I’m also proud to serve Korean-speaking clients in their native language, ensuring that nothing gets lost in translation when it comes to your health and goals.

My vision is to empower everyone to become the best version of themselves and live a healthy, happy life. I strive for excellence in every service I provide — nurturing my clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being so that the habits and principles we build together extend far beyond the gym and into every aspect of their lives.
